I was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was and the comfy bed was perfect after a long day. There’s a nice area to sit and chill outside. A grill if you feel like cooking up a meal. The microwave in our room didn’t work initially, but they quickly swapped it out for us. 👍

Y'all gotta hit up Sloop for burgers that’ll make ya sing, and how about that local brew from Big Beach Brewing? Trust me, after a day on the shore, it's the perfect end to your culinary quest. Also, the staff at the motel were mainly chill and friendly, making the check-in process a breeze.
But bless my heart, the first room had pee spots and a funky odor—like moldy cheese gone bad! Swapped to another that reeked too, and even had thin walls so I heard ALL the late-night shenanigans next door. It felt like a mad house at times, and the staff didn’t seem all that phased.

The best part was the comfy beds 🛏️! But I was bummed about the musty smell in the room. It needed some freshening up. Friendly staff made the stay a bit better, though.
